These delicious gingerbread biscuits are quick and easy to make, and they're also vegan!
Wash your hands and make sure all ingredients are at hand.
Grind your your flaxseeds and then add three tablespoons of water to them and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of your ingredients together in a bowl. Add your flaxseeds to the bowl after they have been in water for 5 minutes.
Mix everything together to combine well. You can use a food processor or simply work the dough together with your hands.
Place your dough in the fridge for about an hour after it has been mixed.
Heat up the oven to 160°C degrees. Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
Rollout your dough and cut out into desired shapes. The colder the dough, the easier it is to do this. *Triplet Tip: "I find it easier to roll the dough directly onto baking paper".
Bake for about 15-20 minutes and allow to cool before decorating.
Decorate in any desired way you want! So it is time to get creative! You could add sprinkles, icing, the list is endless! Remember to share your creations to Instagram and tag the triplets @triplets_in_my_kitchen and us @carrotkitchen_uk!
