This recipe combines the best of baking: chocolate, Oreo cookies and decorating. And you don’t even need the oven! Oreo Balls is the fav recipe of Olivia who cooks on Carrot Kitchen’s videos.
Olivia’s Oreo Balls
Put Oreo cookies in a strong plastic bag and seal the bag. Start crushing by hand and continue with a rolling pin until crumbled.
Pour the crumbles into a bowl. Add cream cheese and mix well until there’s a smooth, dark paste.
Divide the paste into 12 and roll 12 balls. Put them on a plate and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge for a bit longer.
Chop the chocolates in two separate glasses and melt them in the microwave (20 secs at a time). Stir in between.
Push sticks inside cold Oreo balls and roll the balls in both chocolates.
Put the balls in the fridge so that the chocolate becomes stiff. Keep the balls in the fridge until you eat them.
Make zebra balls by dripping chocolate stripes on the balls.
