Wash you hands and check that you have all ingredients at hand.
Wash the tomatoes and chop them into big chunks. Put the chunks in a salad bowl. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into big chunks or slices. Add them in the bowl.
Carefully remove the basil leaves from the stems so that they remain intact. Rinse and tear the lettuce. If you use baby spinach, rinsing the leaves is enough.
Put basil and lettuce in the bowl. Add 1 tbsp of avocado-lemon oil and a pinch of freshly ground pepper. Mix the ingredients with salad servers or spoon and fork. Clean the kitchen before eating.
This salad tastes delicious with toasted bread, pizza and pasta.
