Emil’s Chocolate Cupcakes
Wash your hands and make sure you have all ingredients at hand. Heat up the oven to 175°C.
Carefully melt the butter in the microwave. Stir every now and then until the butter has melted.
Mix dry ingredients with mint chocolate. You can crush the chocolate yourself with a knife or in a blender.
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix melted butter, milk and dry ingredients – step by step, mixing carefully.
Divide the dough into 12 sturdy muffin cups. If you have a muffin tray, place the cups in the wholes. Bake cupcakes in the oven for about 20 minutes and clean meanwhile!
Let the cupcakes cool down a bit before eating them.
