Have you tasted this yummy and easy-to-make pasta? Try now this delicious feta cheese & tomato pasta recipe loved by Carrot Kitchen chef Ella. Yum yum!
First wash your hands. Place the rack in the middle of the oven and heat up the oven to 200°C.
Take a big casserole and pour some olive oil on the bottom. Don’t chop the feta: put the whole piece in the casserole. Pour crushed tomates around the feta.
Peel and crush the garlic cloves and spread them over crushed tomatoes. Sprinkle other spices on the tomatoes as well. Add another dollop of olive oil.
Bring a big pot of water to boil. Cover with a lid to make it boil faster. Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Then add the spaghetti and cook it according to the instructions on the package. Drain.
Take hot casserole from the oven and stir the sauce. Pour drained pasta in the casserole and mix well.
Garnish the pasta with basil leaves. There you go!
