Ever wondered what to eat with scrambled eggs? Just ask Antonio! This 12-year-old chap cooking on Carrot Kitchen’s videos loves his scrambled eggs with bacon – or with sausage and toast. Following his super easy recipe, you’ll get as velvety scrambled eggs as at the hotel breakfast.
Wash your hands and check that you have all ingredients at hand. This recipe is for one: just double the ingredients if you’re cooking for two.
Break the eggs in a bowl. Add cream, salt and pepper. Beat gently with a fork.
Place the serving plate on the table. Heat up the frying pan and warm up the butter. Add eggs and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring gently so that they cook evenly. Do not over-fry! Scrambled eggs should be moist in texture.
Put the eggs on the serving plate and eat them immediately as they do not like waiting. These eggs taste great without anything – or with toast, fried sausages or bacon.
